What is your shipping policy?

We offer FREE delivery for orders over ฿800.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery lead times are as follows.

Type: standard

Delivery lead-time:3-5 Working Days(1)

(1) Working Day means Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays

 

Luna Blu doesn’t deliver the products by itself and third-party delivery companies are responsible for the delivery.

How can I track my order?

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email. Go to http://th.ke.rnd.kerrylogistics.com/shipmenttracking/ and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow some time for the website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email.

How do I receive my order if I am not home?

If you are not at home to receive your items, a notification card will be dropped in your mailbox.

I haven’t received my order.

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account. Go to http://th.ke.rnd.kerrylogistics.com/shipmenttracking/ and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow some time for the website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email. 

If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier's website. In the circumstance that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving the delivery confirmation email, please contact our customer care for further assistance.

I received multiple boxes; did I get charged multiple packaging fees?

We know you are excited to receive your order. In the rare circumstance that you receive more than one box for your delivery, please be assured that we will only charge 100THB per order regardless of the number of boxes received.

Do you offer international shipping?

We're sorry; we only ship to Thailand at this time. If you are staying in other countries, please check out our Luna Blu site for updates we will be soon able to delivery to more countries.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

All goods must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached. 

Goods purchased on www.lunablucare.com in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective) with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 30 days of the returned items being received. To ensure timely processing, please fill in the online form at www.lunablucare.com to acquire the return registration code, complete the return form (bottom part of the invoice included in your order), and return the form along with your return package. 

Final sales, the packaged item is non-returnable. Please note that delivery fee is non-refundable. 

Luna Blu online store is an independent entity and has its own terms and conditions. Returns for items purchased online can only be processed at the Luna Blu online store. We are sorry that online purchased items could not be exchanged.

For any items purchased in physical stores, we are unable to provide returns via the above method

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Soapnuts or soapberries from Thailand can be sold only deseeded and in pack minimum 1kg.

Concentrate juice and powder are also available
